The plot gets at least 6 hours sunlight per day. There is water available for watering the plot. The plot is outdoor accessible and people joining the group would not need to go through a house or a building to get to the plot. You are ok with people gardening there once a week and also people coming to water the plot once a day at certain times during the growing seasons.
