How Listing Land Works
1 – You fill out our joining form, upload pictures of your land and join We Grow. It costs £5 to join which gets you: a listing on our map, social media advertising in your area of our map (with your land listed on it), our support pack for starting your growing group.
2 – Your land gets listed on our map with a code. The address of the land and your details can only be shared privately by you, with people you’re happy to visit your land.
3 – When people search the map and request to view your land, our team check that they match your preferences and if they do, we pass the contact number you’ve given us to them, and they contact you to arrange a visit.
4 – After the person visits your land, you let them know if you’re happy for them to join your growing group, and if they’re also happy to join, you get started.
5 – Your group decides how they want to run the group, with our support pack as a guide. You might want to join in growing with the group. If you prefer not to, you could ask for a weekly veg box as an exchange with the group for use of your land and enjoy the benefits of them making your land more beautiful!
6 – If there’s a We Grow Community Leader in your area, they invite your group to the regular community meet-ups with other local groups to swap and share seeds, seedlings, tools and growing tips.
