How Listing Land Works
1 – Fill out our joining form, upload pictures of your land and join We Grow. Your land will be listed on our map with a code. The address of the land and your details will only be shared privately by you with people you’re happy to visit your land.
2 – The We Grow Community Leader for your area calls you to chat through your preferences for the kind of group you’d like to form on your land.
3 – When people search the map and request to view your land, our team check that they match your preferences and if they do, we pass your contact to them to arrange a visit.
4 – After the visit you message each other to say whether or not you have a space for them at your plot and whether they’d like to join or not. The We Grow Community Leader for your area messages you regularly to support you in the process of finding the right people to join you on your land.
5 – Your group chats and decides how they want to run the group, with our suggestions pack as a guide. You might want to join in growing with the group. If you prefer not to, you could ask for a weekly veg box as an exchange with the group for use of your plot and enjoy the benefits of them making your land more beautiful!
6 – The group gets connected to the regular community meet-ups with other local groups to swap and share seeds, seedlings, tools and knowledge.
